Welcome to VIXXN Removal. These Terms & Conditions explain the terms that apply when you use our website, request an estimate, schedule an appointment, or book junk removal services with VIXXN Removal.

By using our website or booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Our Services

VIXXN Removal provides junk removal and hauling services in Indianapolis, Indiana and surrounding areas.

Our services may include residential junk removal, furniture removal, garage cleanouts, construction debris removal, appliance removal, commercial cleanouts, and other removal services agreed upon with the customer.

Service availability depends on the type of material, job size, location, accessibility, safety considerations, disposal requirements, and scheduling availability.

2. Estimates & Pricing

Prices and estimates may be based on information provided by the customer, including descriptions, photos, videos, or other details about the job.

An estimate may change if the actual amount of junk, type of material, accessibility, labor, disposal requirements, or other conditions differ from what was originally described.

If additional items or services are requested, the price may be adjusted. Any additional pricing will be discussed with the customer before additional work is performed whenever reasonably possible.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for identifying all items they want removed before the service begins.

Customers must provide accurate information about the job and must have permission or legal authority to have the items removed from the property.

Customers are also responsible for informing VIXXN Removal of any conditions that could affect the service, including stairs, limited access, parking restrictions, narrow pathways, or other potential obstacles.

4. Access to the Property

Customers are responsible for providing reasonable and safe access to the items being removed.

If the crew cannot safely access the items because of locked areas, blocked entrances, restricted access, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances outside of VIXXN Removal's control, the service may need to be delayed, rescheduled, or adjusted.

5. Prohibited & Restricted Items

VIXXN Removal reserves the right to refuse items that cannot legally, safely, or properly be transported or disposed of.

Certain hazardous, regulated, contaminated, illegal, or restricted materials may not be accepted.

If you are unsure whether we can remove a specific item, please contact us before your appointment.

6. Property Protection

VIXXN Removal will make reasonable efforts to protect the customer's property while performing removal services.

Customers should notify us of fragile property, existing damage, unstable structures, narrow pathways, or other conditions that could affect the removal.

VIXXN Removal is not responsible for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, unstable structures, improperly secured items, or conditions that could not reasonably be identified before or during the removal.

7. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask customers to provide at least 24 hours' notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.

Late cancellations, repeated rescheduling, or no-shows may be subject to a fee when VIXXN Removal has already committed a crew, vehicle, time, or other resources to the appointment.

Any applicable fee will be communicated before it is charged.

8. Delays & Unforeseen Conditions

Appointment times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather, vehicle issues, previous jobs, disposal facility conditions, access problems, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays and work with customers when rescheduling is necessary.

9. Disposal & Recycling

VIXXN Removal will make reasonable efforts to dispose of or recycle accepted materials through appropriate facilities or disposal methods.

Disposal options and fees may vary depending on the material, local regulations, facility requirements, and availability.

Certain materials may require additional disposal fees or may be refused because of facility or regulatory restrictions.

10. Payment

Payment is due according to the payment terms provided for the customer's service.

Additional charges may apply when the scope of work changes, additional items are added, or additional services are requested and approved by the customer.

11. Right to Refuse Service

VIXXN Removal reserves the right to refuse or stop a job if conditions are unsafe, the requested work is outside the services we provide, materials cannot legally or safely be transported or disposed of, or circumstances make completion of the service unreasonable.

12. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep the information on our website accurate and current. However, pricing, availability, services, scheduling, and disposal options may change.

Information displayed on our website does not guarantee that a particular price, service, appointment time, or disposal option will be available.

13. Photos & Documentation

VIXXN Removal may take photographs or videos of completed work for business records, service documentation, or quality purposes.

Customer information and private property images will not knowingly be used for promotional purposes without appropriate permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VIXXN Removal is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including pre-existing property conditions, hidden defects, inaccurate information provided by the customer, restricted access, or unsafe conditions that could not reasonably have been identified.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to remove or limit any rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

15. Changes to These Terms

VIXXN Removal may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated Terms will be posted on our website along with a revised “Last Updated” date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are intended to be governed by the applicable laws of the State of Indiana, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
